Please help??!?!!?!

Question: I'm going to try to lose weight before summer.
I'm going to start eating more healthy.
I'm cutting out all junk, high fructose corn syrup, flour of any kind, saturated fat, and i'm counting my carbs.
I want to eat no more than 1200 calories a day.
Could you help me with a meal plan that would help me with this?
Could you give me an exercise schedule too? I would really like to work out more.

ok well, replace stuff like ice cream, chocolate and crisps with fruit or salad. fruit is not only very good for you and a energy booster but low in calories. drink lots of cold icey water as this is known to burn calories, try not to have full on carb meals and replace some of your solid food with liquids. You should have carbs like bread as a sandwhich to lunch, you can have a bit of chocolate because it wont do any harm. For breakfast you should either have a smoothie or porridge, excersize twice a week by going on treadmills or doing even light excersize like yoga.

Note: if you went on a all liquid diet, you could loose a LOT of weight in 3 weeks, it wouldent cause any danger to your health as long as you had nutrition from fruit smoothies and hot vegetable soup and such, its if you really want to loose weight fast though.

Good Luck! remember to sleep well also since you're changing your normal diet and not consuming as much as you would on a daily basis your body is going to have to get used to it so getting plenty of sleep to restore your energy is a great start! whatever diet you choose i hope it goes smoothly (: xxxxx

I wouldnt go all out like that,
take it slow and gradually get to a harder stage but if you do that the more you crave.
Dont count carbs its the worst thing to do unless you are overweight.
Go to a specialist.
You wont get real answers here.

i consume around 1000 to 1500 calories a day and this is the hardest thing u can do u have to be motivated and mentally prepared for this diet. I recommend a 2000 calorie diet but I'll show u what i eat. Breakfast i eat special k cereal with fat free milk then i eat a snack 1 1/2 hours later any kind of fruit then for lunch egg beater with 3 corn tortillas you can also eat turkey sandwich with whole grain bread. Then another snack like a fat free yogurt there real good and a lil fruit bowl. then for dinner i eat beans with 4 corn tortillas or tuna sandwich with light mayo. then i eat some baby carrots cause they give me energy at night. everything here is by serving suggestion. i eat bout 20g of total fat in a day. I run 5 miles a day with weight training but u should do 30 mins of cardio and get some dumb bells so u can work out.

why would you want to do that. why do you want to be so skinny. looking at your avavtar i would say your gorgeous and your fine the way you are

I think you're going a little too far with this. If you want it to work, you're going to have to take small steps. From the looks of your avatar, you don't need a diet, but I guess you don't want to hear that. Start small, that's all I can really say. Don't cut out all junk food. It will just make it miserable.

well first off you will most likely fail if you take this route
observe wut you eat now
if its alot of sugars, carbs ect..
you need to ween your self off of that iteams... item

also i would try to go vegetarian. I did and lost 20lbs not even trying to diet so its worth a try.
