Why do we gain one pound at night time? What is up with that?!

Are you saying why are you heavier at night? If so it's because you eat throughout the day..

We dont thats the stupidest thing i ever heard we would be like a lot of pounds!

That's not true, and why don't you try being nicer to the people who bother to answer your questions?

Some of these answers could be right. At night you are full of what you've eaten throughout the day, but during the night you have to "fast" and you aren't putting anything into your body. It's very logical.

First, it all depends when you are weighing yourself. I usually weigh myself in the morning after I use the bathroom - it seems to be the most accurate time to do this.

Secondly, it depends on what you are eating throughout the day. If you are eating a lot of candy, cookies, & junk food you might weigh more. But if you eat a good diet consisting of fruits, veggie, grains, meats, etc you should see a decrease of weight from the time you go to bed until you get up the following morning.

It's usually an accumulation of the food we've eaten throughout the day plus the water. I always weigh more because i take in more fluids towards bed time.
