How can I tone my muscles?!
Question: I'm a 15 year old girl i would like to tone my upper body, my back, my abs, and my leg muscles. I'm 5'5" and a 127 pounds. I don't mind loosing alittle weight but I don't want to gain any. Any suggestions on excercises or activities to tone my muslces.

isometrics would do the trick. Basically it's using muscle to resist muscle.
Kind of like what you see in some of those kung fu/karate movies.
Otherwise, calisthenics. Push ups, jumping jacks, running, you know, stuff they used to do in phys ed.
