HITTING THE GYM 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE MORNING!!! FEW QUESTIONS!! PLEASE ANSWER!l?!

Question: Hello! I gonna start going to the gym 3 days a week now every morning- 5 am : (
I was wondering,
should I eat breakfast before or after?
I'm doing roughly 45- 1:00 hour worth or workout..
wanna give me a routine? : )
I want to focus on losing leg fat and toning my abs..
is there a way to make your arms skinnier?

will working out make you skinnier? or make you bulk up like the hulk! :o

I eat very healthy already... I usually start off mornings with rather a boiled egg with fruit or a porridge with berries! or smothies! ......... I eat little things throughout the day- that's what I was told to do if I want to lose weight. ahah but sometimes I get a super weird craving- usually when my time comes**girls ahah, I'll eat anything i see- last night I ordered a double pep & cheese pizza! I understand every once in a while but do you have any suggestions other than junk food when my time comes?

hello, and congrats to the new lifestyle change. Since you already eat healthy which is an important part. i would recommend something like this for your workout plan.

Monday - Chest and triceps
Bench press (dumbells) 3 sets of 12 reps each
Incline bench press (dumbells) 3 sets of 12 reps each
Flyes (dumbell or machine) - 3 set 12 reps each
Tricep push downs (machine) - 3 sets 12 reps
overhead dumbell press 3 sets 12 reps

Wed- Legs and abs
Squats 3 sets 12 reps
leg press 3 sets 12 reps
hamstring curls 3 sets 12 reps
calves 3 sets 12 reps
(Fav. ab exercises here)

friday - back and biceps
lat pull downs 3 of 12 reps
rows 3 of 12 reps
bent over rows dumbell 3 of 12 reps
hammer curls 3 of 12 reps
preacher curls 3 of 12 reps

each workout should be anywhere from 30-45 mins then follow up with some cardio. Always do cardio after weights because its burning fat. weights burn up glycogen and then the cardio after that is targeting fat. Working out will make you skinnier and more tone, if you were to lift heavy then you would bulk up. I would also recommend taking in some extra protein. The only wat to get rid of leg fat and tone your abs is to drop your overall body fat percentage, sorry your can't target specific fatty areas. Keep it up and your good to go :) my girlfriend has been working out with me and she went from a size 7 to a size 4 in 3 months and lost about 20 lbs. Also if your confused about the exercises or want additional help check out bodybuilding.com don't worry those girls on there train in a completely different matter and you won't bulk up like that. Good luck :D

Forgot to add: you can try some fat loss thermogenics which will keep your energy high but i would only recommend it if you dont see any results and feel tired. i use lipo6 from nutrex here: http://tinyurl.com/3akdoy

i personally eat before i work out for energy, a lot of people say that working out on an empty stomach burns more fat because your glycogen levels are low. its really all about how much you burn vs how many calories you eat.
