Help me gain mass in bodybuilding?!

How to bulk up :
1. Work out 1 hour or less each time. Do a split routine so your workouts will be short. Do your arms & legs day 1, chest, back, shoulders the day 2, rest 1 day, then do it all over again.
Reason for this is the body's natural growth hormone is released into the bloodstream after you perform your 1st intense set of weight training. The hormone breaks down & is no longer effective 45 mins after it is released.
2. Go on a high protein diet.
3. Train your fast twitch muscles with lower reps 7-8. Train your slow twitch muscles with higher reps 10-12.
4. Sleep before 11 pm everyday & get at least 8 hours of it at night. Your body is in the repair mode by 11 pm everyday & it will only happen if u r sleeping.
It's gonna take time, hard work, and a balanced diet. If you eat more food it has to be int he same proportions it would be in normally.
