How can I increase my squat and deadlift?!

What's helped me is lifting heavier weights for fewer reps, especially with squats. Also, making sure you're getting enough protein in your diet. When I sat down and micromanaged my diet I saw strength gains - I think what was most useful was adding whey protein right after lifting.

For deadlifts, if you're at a point where your grip is failing, it's time to strengthen your grip so that you can go up on those deads. Try pinch grips, farmer walks, or even a little chalk on your hands when you go to lift. If you don't know what these exercises are put it in your notes and I'll explain them.

Try farting it helps me lift an extra 15 lbs.

Reduce the # of sets and reps when you plateau!
For example If your max squat is 200lb for 6 reps try 210lb
3 reps. 3sets. next time you work out add 10 more lbs.same reps and sets. and the next time add ten again.

The best way to increase is to give the muscles more rest. You can get all the benefits of an exercise by lifting heavy (with awesome form, of course) and a good 5 days of rest for recovery and healing time.
