Brush your teeth if possible. Replaces your cravings with taste of minty freshness!

Seriously, it works. I tried that "drinking water" and while it does work, it wasn't for me.

It takes 21 days to kick a habit so try to stick it out you'lll feel so much better afterwards.

Well done you for coming on and getting everyones advice, it's easier to give up so when you have such cravings.
Give yerself a clap on the back - (if nothing else, attempting to do this will distract you from your cravings!!!)

Best of Luck!

When you start to crave, Drink a full glass of water, Then if your still hungry, chew some gum, not that bublelastic-fantastic crap loaded with sugar, Mint gum, like orbit.

Lemon and water

when cravings come, drink water or milk of eat fruit like ur doin. remember the water, that usually works the best. trust me, i did the same thing when i was younger

try musili, fruit wont fill you up, and if you are the type of person to eat alot of carbs then you will get hungry sorry, but try fiber or protein, nuts, cashews, peanuts, things like that, or dried meat

Well, when you have a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) then try to chew your food slowly or have more veggies as they contain more water content (not too sure though).

Also eat when you are generally hungry i.e. when your stomach rumbles. I stick to this sort of rule and I hardly feel hungry. Although I do tend to start snacking inbetween meals, I try not to do it too much.

Carry on eating fruit and anything healthy. If you had been eating crisps and chocolate before, your stomach hasn't been eating this sort of stuff for a while and it does take time for your stomach to be able to get used to this change.

Something that helped me was to pick one day of the week when I would allow myself some treat that I had been craving. Waiting a week for something is SO much easier than waiting FOREVER!! Obviously, over-indulging isn't good, but if you want cookies, eat 4, then stop & get involved doing something else. At least for me, this was quite effecrive..
