Schedule for work outs?!


Question: In 16 years old and i weight 242 Lbs. im in the middle of loosing weight, but im also in the middle of Lifting Weights trying to gain muscle... i need help creating a scheduel for lifting weights and doing exercize... i have 1 weight bench and the most it goes up to is 90 lbs... i run for an half an hour on a XL running Machine..

Well during the setback hours its hard when it get dark early. Its sometime better to get up in the morning for an hour doing your push ups and sit ups. And as far as eating if you have a a lite breakfast and lite lunch by the time you have dinner you can eat any thing u you'd like (with moderation) But remember to drink lots and lots of water. I will pray for u and Ur work outs and pray that God will Have his will be done with you .
