Core strength?!
Question: hi.. okay im a 15 year old girl, im 5'7 and 135lbs. not that it really matters actually.. anyways, i had injured my knee and when i went to an orthopedic specialist, he said that it would help to prevent it again by having a stronger core. so, i'm looking for some core strengthening excersises! please be specific... i appreciate it so much! oh. and i have a treadmill, weight machine, and an excersise ball to work with. i don't have access to any classes or anything like that, since i live in a small town.

do sit ups and "the plank ecxercise" (google it) and also do flutter kicks and just go up for a sit up and hold it halfway for as long as u can
