Will doing this help me lose 15 pounds?!


Question: work out for 45mins(mainly cardio)
5 days a week
diet(no junk food at all)
1 liter of water a day
nothing else.

could i lose 15 pounds by june 1st?
im 5ft2in and 130
i want to be 115

if you do that til june 1st your going to lose alot more than that and your going to get muscle too, id say youd be around 110 maybe even less, be careful
