1lb=3500 calories
so if your basic metabolic rate (bmr) is 1700 calories a day or 11900 calories a week. you should eat less than that.
if you eat 1500 calories a day, your burning 10500 calories a week. 11900-10500= -1400 calories which means its would take you 2.5 weeks to lose 1lb
but thats not taking account of exercise or your actual bmr.
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Ya iagree with ny...no wheat. wheat is bad for you especially if your type o blood. More protein and stay away from milk and coffee. Coffee makes you fat becuause it produces cortisol. It robs your body of calcium and collagen.
