Can you really lose?!


Question: can u lose most of your belly fat/ all around (im toned and muscular every where but the belly) by june? -in 3 months

if i eat about 1200-1300 calories a day with most of it being vegetables, fruits and protein ---no sweets at all

and cardio for 60 mins with ab workouts/ or weight training

15 f 5'5 weight ranges from 120-130

Yes you would for sure lose belly fat by doing cardio and by weight training.. but you should eat more.. because you really shouldn't lose anymore weight.
