Weight gaining suggestions???!


Question: ive been on wight gainers for a while, ive tried everything, whey, protein, muscle mass, water weight, and nothin, im 5-9 and weigh about 135 lbs. any suggestions, i eat alot of meat anf drink alot of milk and i now have no other solutions or ideas.

How old are you? do you lift weights?

I ask those because if you are under the age of 25 or so, it is possible that you are still in the process of maturing into your adult body. You may still be growing, and all your nutrition is going into helping that process along.

If you are over the age of 15 or so, I would recommend weightlifting. Get to a gym and discuss your intended results with a trainer. He or she can help you get there. You may not gain tons of weight, but you will bulk up and look cut. Your heart will thank you for it, too.

Not the healthiest, but sugar and lots of junk--chips, cake, candy, soda, etc. Balance it with healthy food as well, and once you reach your goal weight, cut out the junk...it's so bad for you!!

But yeah, junk food should help.

How about a fat-boy mentor, you could follow him around and eat everything he eats. Then you could watch him get diabetes or a heart attack.

5' 9" and 135 lbs. sounds like a healthy soccer player. My son is about that, and he eats like a horse, but also is on the field 6 days a week. He is healthy, has his hard worked for 6-pack, and has the energy required for a teenager with an active life style.

Be who your body is, and stay active, eat well, and compare yourself to buddies at your 10 year reunion. Tag, you win!!!
