What kind of foods should i eat to lose the rest of my body fat?!

Question: i'm a 17 year old guy, and have been in the gym about 5-6 days a week for the past year. I've gone through a complete body transformation. i used to be the fat kid, now i have a ton of muscle. My whole body looks good, except for my ab area. They aren't as bad as i'm making them sound, like my arms are cut and large, my shoulders are wide and large as well, and my pectorals are probably my best aspect.
but do yall have any suggestions for foods i can eat to get rid of the body fat i have remaining on my belly area?

That's just ordinary fat, I assume.

Eat: Fruits, vegitables, nuts, meats, drink water and healthy drinks like orange juice... You'll burn off the fat as you work out. Crunches should also help with the fat... though, you probably know that. And you should know that you should eat until you're full. your body should be able to tell how much you need naturally. I'm pretty well taken care of, too. I eat what I need, I don't count calories or anything.

It's pretty basic; easy to understand, just avoid eating fatty meats like bacon, ice cream, pie, cake, and candies, pepsi, sprite, coffee, anything with cafine can slow you down... It's a quick fix and provides you calories then a crash which doesn't burn them off.

Over time you'll begin to like the healthier diet and be less tempted towards fatty foods. Personally, I LOVE apples.

Good luck!
