Weight loss!?!


Question: I want to lose ten pounds.
Ive lost around sixty pounds and Im almost at my goal weight,
but my weight loss has stopped.


I never really excersised, so I think I should do that, to get rid or some of the flab on my thighs, belly, and chest, but nothing too hardcore.

And I need a food regimen to stick too,
I dont eat eggs, beans, or veggies, lmao.

I thought you were 13! How could you lose 60 pounds already!?

you haven't given enough information about this to really help me answer your question. (like height, current weight, dieting history, how much you exercise). but i would say that you probably aren't going to have much more luck unless you starting eating vegetables and fruits. i would also look up things called negative calories (asparagus, beet, broccoli, green cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, celery, hot chili peppers, cucumber, garlic, green beans, zucchini, apple, cranberries, grapefruit, lemon, mango, orange, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, tangerine, lettuce, papaya, radishes, spinach, turnip) those are things that have 0 calories but will give you energy and nutrition.
