Please help..need to lose weight/tone up/get rid of cellulite fast?!


Question: im about 5'5 ...weight flucuates like crazy..i used to be 104 ..but to stay at that weight i basically have to starve myself and it seems like if i eat one thing i gain like 5 pounds...im now after like 8 months 115 or around there and hate it..i need to lose alot of weight and want to get rid of butt cellulite by june..do you think by doin spring track will help this? please give advice and do you think its possible for me to go back down to 104

I don't get why you are saying you want to be 104lbs when you are 5'5. I am close to 5'3 and I'm 105lbs and I don't think I'm fat or something like that.

Anyways... I think you should incorporate your diet with some protein rich food... Protein helps restore broken tissues and helps build muscles... and muscles helps us burn fats.. And cellulites are bad fats that are stored on our body that lack of muscles...

If you want to get rid of a certain cellulites you should concentrate on the part where it needs to be toned.

Try the Cindy Crawford Shape Your Body Workout video. It's really effective and easy to follow. You don't need to go the gym. you can do it right at your bedroom. And it has a good abs, butt and thigh workout... you can really feel it works.

Do not starve yourself... this is a no no no to dieting. If you are hungry grab some fruit or something low in calories and fats.
Eggs are very good fat burner which are high protein especially the white part... and it helps build muscle while you exercises. Muscles helps us burn fats.

Drink lots of fluid so you get to cleanse your body with that your metabolism will work better.. Pineapple juice is a very good.

Yeah, spring track will help for sure. I'm in cross-country and track and it really helps keep my weight down. And you shouldn't be starving yourself. That's bad. :( Just try eating healthy and exercising a lot. I know that everyone probably says that, but good exercise is the key to losing weight and looking good.

It's very possible - all it takes is will power! Try eating 5 small well balanced meals a day and write it all down! This will make you very aware of what you put in your body. That combined with atleast 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week is a fool proof plan for losing that extra 10 lbs forever!! (and on a side note that 30 minutes can be broken down into 10 minutes at a time) Good luck! :-)

well i think that everyone else has answered how to lose weight.
but something very important u need to know is that certain foods get rid of celulite.
like tomato for example.
