What do you do at the gym?!


Question: I go on the running machine for about 45 minutes, sometimes longer, usually anyway, I then go on the cross country trainer for 15-20 minutes, Then I go on the rower machine for 5 minutes, then I go on something which I call the 'Skier machine' for about 10 minutes, I aim to burn around 200 calories on that and it's quite easy to do so, Then I go on the bikes for about 20 minutes, Then after all my work out I do some light weights, Focussing on my legs and tums! I should do more weights but I prefer doing cardio :)

- massage, spa, sauna
- cruise
- make friends or enemies
- kill time
- sleep
- take a shower when there is a water shortage in the city
- take some photos to put in my flickr account esp when there is a bikini show/ body building show
- swim
- more cruising
- network

Go on the treadmill, keep fit..and stuff......

Weight lifting 3 days a week.
