What diet worked for you?!
Question: None, I just did the sensible thing and the right thing!! Eating the right foods, Cutting out junk food, (But allowing myself to have a treat when I want) And the most important thing is exercising!! I go to the gym 5 days a week, Walk anywhere and in total I've lost over 3 and a half stone! :) If I was you I'd ditch the diets and just make sure you cut down on the amount of junk food you eat and just exercise!! It's probably one of the healthiest ways too :) Good luck!

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. have a snack every three hours. fruit or soy nuts. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein. pick a exercise regime you like. but lose only 1 kilo(2.205 pounds) a week. that is the permanent way of losing weight and staying fit.
i still a big fan of my eat as much of anything as u want and do very little exercise diet! :) 5"9" 10 stone :)

a see-food diet. see food and eat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well too funny.
eat a full breakfast (muesli, fruit and milk), snacking on only fruits and vegies (or tuna) and eating no carbs after 6pm. if you need carbs during the day, only low GI foods and only multigrain heavy breads (they keep you fuller for longer).
Exercising is very important.
And not making a diet but changing the bad eating habits.

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie
Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.
Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.
So Example :
Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
