Hey please give me some easy tips to loose weight.?!


Question: when i lost weight the biggest change I made was not eating out. I started making my own lunch.. that way I knew that what I was eating was low fat... I would have for lunch a pita bread with turkey, spinach cottage cheese and tomato... It was filling.. plenty of protein so I didn't get hungry. Plan your meals throughout the day. Carry low fat snacks with you to avoid buying... It made a huge difference... portion size is also a huge factor. You can eat all the healthy stuff in the world... but if you eat more than you burn you still won't lose weight.... This way also saves lots of money!! If you don't have time in the morning to make lunch, make it the night before... I lost 15 kilos this way. oh... walking every day for 30mins a day will help.

Cut back on junk food.
Exercise.
Dance.
No bread unless it is wheat.

Hit the gym. Watch your diet. Nothing really "easy" about it. It's all about discipline. If you are really serious about it join a gym or even get a personal trainer. Usually cardiovascular workouts are best.

eat light foods like yogurt and salads fruits go to the gym and run and sweat a lot just don't eat fattening foods such as candy junk food

1. Drink tons of water
2. Cut meals in 1/2
3. Hollow your bagels, save 100 calories
4. Cut out crust of pie, save 100 calories
5. Exercise anaerobically, it will maximize calorie burn
6. Eat breakfast
7. When you order dinner, buy the smallest portion
8. Small fries at McDonalds

Avoid oily foods and breads.

Walk daily for 1/2 an hour in the morning. Surely your weight will reduce.

its pretty simple.
all you have to do is change your diet and exercise, BUT the trick of the trade is to make sure you are taking more calories out than you are putting in.

for example, when you eat a chocolate bar, you are putting in calories - so you have to do enough exercise that will take out that many calories AND MORE.

basically you have to override the number of calories you ate by taking them out by exercising. it sounds pretty confusing buts its hard to explain.. its easy though.

if ur confused, google 'calorie in and calorie out' lol
also, go for a walk for about half an hour everyday
i walk everyday, do 30 situps, 20 pushups and 15 body crunches before i go to bed, this is also a great idea. :)

oh, and drink LOTS OF WATER.
aim for at LEAST 2 litres a day.

if you do all this, the weight will just fall off you!

I have lost weight recently and I am still losing weight.

Counting calories is a must. Find out how many calories your body needs and don't go over the limit.
Write down everything you eat including the amount of calories it has in it. I do mean everything from the apple you had a bite of and changed your mind to what you have for dinner. Every calorie counts.

Also exercises. I run for half an hour a day. I have a treadmill so I have no excuses whether it's to hot,rainy or dark. Convince yourself that there is no excuse for slacking off when it comes to losing weight.

It took a while to see results ( I kept thinking I was getting fatter when I wasn't) but when your friends see you and tell you how great you look it just makes you want to stay on top of your weight.

I have never felt better!

-Have a run every day and increase speed or length each time.
-Eat lots of light food like salads.
-Don't think you cant do it because you can.

exercise...anything cardio (getting your HR up for at least 20 minutes either running, swimming, biking, etc.). no matter what anyone says, cardio is the ONLY exercise to loose weight. you can't do "selective" weight loss like crunches for your abs, weights for your arms, etc. this only trains the muscle underneath the fat. eat naturally and locally as much as you can! this way you get more nutrient-rich food that will help you looose weight and overall improve your body (skin, hair, etc.)
