Losing 90 lbs.?!

Question: I'm trying to drop 90 lbs before September 2009. I'm going to start like packing a pretty good lunch and walking around the town I live in, but just on weekends. Say if I spend an average of 2 hours a day walking around what's a good amount of exercise on the weekdays? Also whats a good calorie intake and some good workouts to do at home without equipment?

Dude, you can do it. The best way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories. Walking helps, but if you eat without watching your calories, you will lose a lot less than you will if you do both.

Also, lifting weights will help your body burn fat in order to maintain the muscle you have.

Just take it in small steps, and don't be caught up on numbers. Make your goal start at limiting your food intake in a small way. Just take baby steps to make life-long changes.

I suggest that you go to gym, they usually have personal trainer.

Dont eat foods rich in carbohydrates 8 hours after lunch then dont watch TV too much because it wont burn calories.. Streching, jumping jack, and jogging will be of help, too.Dont skip meals because it will make you fatter..
