Do you have any suggestions for my diet?!


Question: I have started a diet from today, where i eat two eggs in the morning, a protein shake for lunch and salad without dressing for dinner. have any more suggestions to make this better? I am vegetarian so keep that in mind.

You need at least 5 potrions of fruit and veg per day. I would have some juice with your breakfast, veg with your lunch and dinner and a couple of bits of fruit during the day.
You also need at least 3 servings of carbohydrate. I know people on diets try to avoid this but doing so plays havok with your arteries so isn't a good idea. What about toast with your eggs in the morning, then something like rice or potato with your other meals.
You also haven't mentioned snacks. Eat something at least every 3 hours. It'll help your metabolism and you'll lose more weight in the long run.
