Do you normally skip breakfast?!

No I don't! I think that I was not meant to skip breakfast. I remember years ago, when I did skip breakfast, I didn't function right for the rest of that day! I always try to eat a bowl of cereal, grits, a sausage biscuit, or something that morning. My mama always taught me that if I don't eat anything that day to eat breakfast. And through adulthood, I always have.

Good for you! No I never skip breakfast, it's just not good for you. I always have some fruit and porridge/oatmeal or shredded wheat. All nice and natural. Skipping breakfast just makes you hungry so you end up munching on unhealthy stuff. X

No! Its the most important meal of the day! :)

That is great that you do that because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Make sure you do not eat much sugar because that will make you tired. What I suggest is bread or cereal like special k or raisin bran because that will help you get through the day. For example, over the years I stopped eating breakfast and i got very unfit. I started back up and I was back to my normal self in no time.

I rarely eat breakfast just a cup of coffee. Sometimes I'm just not hungry so early.
