The best tricep exercises are rope pulldowns, pushdowns, skullcrushers, dips, and close grip bench presses. These are tricep "mass builders" For strong forearms try some reverse barbell curls and wrist curls using barbells and dumbbells.
Workout with free wieghts! also to build muscle you need to eat enough protein and calories to promote muscle growth!
For triceps, do dips, extensions, tricep pushups, etc. For the forearms, hammer curls are good cause they work the forearms and biceps. Also, wrist cursl(i'm not sure if they are really called that), in which you hold the weights, and you curl with just your wrist.
