I need some suggestions on a healthy breakfast to eat before school. 10 points f!

Question: Hi,
I am a teenage female, age 16, and I weigh 135 pounds. I am aiming to lose about 10-15 pounds. I am 5'6" and very athletic. I dance, play tennis, run, and paddle. I like to eat, but at breakfast, I never know how much to eat, or what to eat. I usually eat at about 7, and dont have lunch until 1 or 12:30. Some suggestions?

Thanks. 10 points for the best answer.

egg white omelette full of tomatos, lean cold cuts, or spinach
(very low carb)

eggs and ham

if you eat mainly meat your good for low carb

lowfat or fat free yogurt

stay away from cereal, oatmeal, waffles
and fruit juices.

I already posted this website on another question but I think is has some good breakfast ideas!

I actually have IBS as well. I eat a banana and yogurt for breakfast. Or if I don't have the banana I'll have some mixed berries with a yogurt. Egg whites, a smoothie, or even just slimfast keep me going as well :)

Try eggs and cheese on pita I like it with salsa and it always gave me the energy i needed plus is low in carbs. good luck. ps you can always just eat eggs w/ salsa or a protien bar

well fiber is good for ibs. and since you cant have wheat, eat 1 piece of fruit, and 3 hand fulls of cereals. Or 1 fat free yogurt, with a granola bar

Whole 10 grain hot cereal/milk/brn sugar. Fresh orange juice and or whole lemon juiced mixed with real apple juice. Every other day have eggs with whole grain bread and the fresh juice. Oatmeal and whole grain Bagels with juice. Start over again so you vary your diet.
I've found the whole grains stay with me for a couple of hrs. longer. If you need additional energy, don't be afraid to take a good multi vitamin, B complex, sub-lingual B12, D AND E.
