Yes. Plenty of fruit and vegetables, Plenty of water, To keep you hydrated throughout the day, Try to eat around 4-5 small meals per day to keep your metabolism working too! :)

try having yeah more fruits
and have everything low fat like whole wheat bread, egg w/o yolk etc.

yogurt (look to see if it has high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients), lean cuisines (not as a meal eat something substantial with it), sandwiches with a lot of vegetables in them, oatmeal, mangos!! grapefruit (don't eat with a spoon, peel it first and eat it like an orange), soups fill you up, diet pepsi, diet rockstars, eggs, and of course salads. don't even try to make them urself just buy them from the store or from a salad bar.
