No, I don't really believe in the whole New Years Resolution. I just eat and live healthy all the time, so I do not have to change for the sake of a new year.
Yes - to stop biting my nails. This is the first time in my life i have nice, long nails
gave up giving up a few year ago and stuck with it!

i am working on it, mine was to slow down drinking pop and stop smoking and work out get in shape. so far i havent had a pop in a week i go in variation and haven't had a cig since jan 4th and i have worked out everyday.!
I never made it one, but I did quit smoking near the end of Jan... yeah me

i got tired of my diets failing so i made up my own healthy diet through the ones that i had....which is just good eating and keeping calories down to a low.....physical activity...is a must :-)
I have never made a new year's resolution in my life.
Ah not too bad - Just to be happy and do what ever I can to achieve it. At the minute to make me happy I have decided to lose 3lb so that I will be 9st. I will eat less till then and when I achieve my goal I will eat a healthy balanced diet and try to do as much exercise as possible.
mine was to try to be more patient, and not get angry so much. i think it's still working :)
