I wanna loose 20 pounds or 30.?!


Question: Hi, I'm 13 years old and i wanna loose as much weight as i can. Can anybody tell me what things too do like work outs every day to loose 30 or 20 and how long will it take if i follow your idea??? right now i'm jumping on the trampoline for a 30 mins a day and doing push ups sits up etc but i need something better!

Don't use Diet products. they're no good.
Go for a 2 or 3 mile jog at least for times a week. wearing lots of clothing, i.e. jogging bottoms and a hoody. that will make you sweat a lot more. drink lots of water to re-hydrate yourself and be careful what you eat and you should see the difference in 2 weeks. Good luck.

Go for walks starting with 2 miles a day and increase it to as much as you can. Don't eat any kind of junk food. If you eat healthy and reasonable . You shouldn't have a problem losing the pounds.

Basically you have to burn more calories than you eat. The recommendation is 3 days of cardio and weight training a week.
Check out the calorie needs calculator. Remember you are you so don't mess up your body by doing some of those fad diets that are out there.

How much do u weigh & how tall ? 20-30 lbs cud mean a lot of lbs to lose & might not be good.

If u really need to lose weight, cardio exercises are the best. This means exercise that will raise your heartbeat by at least 25 % than normal & maintain it there for at least 15 mins. U can only do this however if your health professional says it is OK for u to do it. Do this 3 x a week at least then go on a low carbohydrate & zero junkfood diet. Cut down on animal fat, eat more vegetables. Replace junkfood & sweets with fruits. Replace soda with natural fruit juice. If u do the above, this guarantees at least 10 lbs loss during the 1st month if u r really heavy for your height & at least 5 lbs on suceeding months.

try swimming. u will lose 20 in 15 days. have fun (lap swimming)
