I would like to loose some weight?!


Question: I weigh 123pounds. I know I'm not fat but I would like to loose a little weight. I do not have much free time
1-6:00am-2:15pm I'm at school
2-I get home at 2:30pm-4:00pm baby sitting
3-4:30PM-10:00pm-working
4-10:30pm having dinner(the only time I have to eat). As you can see I have a full day everyday. The only time I have to workout is the weekends. Do you know any workouts I can do at night? Thanks everyone.

Well, from the sounds of it, I can't imagine that you need to lose much more weight. Managing diet and exercise is difficult. To supplement your weekend workouts, try little things like taking stairs instead of the elevator when you're at work or school. When you're babysitting, get the kids involved in some physical exercise - yoga is a good one. Night-time exercise can disrupt your sleep so if you do that, make sure it's early in the evening so you have time to unwind before bed.

your tiny. Don't lose weight, just get toned. Get a wii, do crunches/sit ups, get some small weights, do some lunges. Do some of these simple things and you should be happy with the way you look in no time.

sure if you have a treadmill that would help alot but maybe you can walk a lil like at work on your break or something

I don't think you need to lose weight (123 pounds isn't much, although you didn't say your height I don't think. . .) but your main problem is more than likely that you are eating dinner so late. Eating dinner and then going right to bed is just bad for your body. You can't work off that food. Make an effort to eat on your way to work, or take a break and eat then because other wise you'll just be fighting an uphill battle.

What I do is yoga at night, and then 50 sit ups in bed.

You do not have any weight to loose. That is just sillyness.

But for the best multi season bang for your buck, get an elliptical machine. It is a good work out with almost no impact. Then you can do a quick half hour whenever you have the time.
