The best way to go is to take both. I know it sounds crazy and expensive, but it actually is very affordable over the
internet, and its how you will get the best results! The reason that you should take both is because each product does a different job. Creatine, which you take preworkout, allows your body to use the creatine during your workout, and helps you break down more muscle by allowing you to do more repetitions and higher weight. When you have broken down all this muscle, THEN you take protein to help repair the broken down muscle. This process, called stacking, is the best way to gain muscle fast. You will see results if you do it the right way. For brands and types, your best bet is to go with muscle tech for the creatine. The product is called nanovapor. I have used it myself, and it works absolutely fantastic. Your reps and numbers will skyrocket when you take this product. For a protein, any kind of 100 percent whey protein will suffice. A good place to look for these products is http://monsterbodybuilder.com/store
So, your best bet is to find a creatine that is a preworkout (that you take before your workout), and then take a protein for a post workout (after your workout).

Monsterbodybuilder.

Another GNC bullshit question. Sell your crap somewhere else.
