?Jared The Subway Guy?!

Question: You've all seen the ads, and probably been to a Subway's. My question is, how did Jared do it? I've had sevral sandwichs from a Subway's and they all tasted like cardboard. I'd probably have to eat 10 of those sandwichs to feel full. How could Jared possibly feel full and lose all those pounds? And even more, keep them off for 10 years?!? It makes no sense to me.

Subway has a bunch of sub-300 calorie subs. (6 inch, no mayo, no cheese, certain meats).

I believe he ate one for lunch, one for dinner. Assuming he ate a 500 calorie breakfast and another 200 calories in beverages, that's still 1300 calories - a level at which any male is going to be dropping pounds pretty fast.

I have one of those for a meal sometimes when i'm watching what i eat. The key - to me - is to put virtually ever vegetable on. Lettuce/tomato/cucumber/peppers/hot peppers/onions is what i take, if you like olives, go for them too. I find them ok.

The truth is though, you're probably used to rich, high calorie food.

I honestly believe that he got liposuction that was paid for by Subway.
He probably got picked because he ate at subway a lot and they wanted a gimick.

Check out this link. It pretty much gives you Jared's history.

i like subway. but i'm sure that was not his only method of losing weight.

ur crazy i love subway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
a six inch will fill me up for a week, u got serious problems if u gotta eat 10.

I FEEL YOU..I WAS WONDRING THE SAME TING BECAUSE I COULD EAT A FOOT LONG N IM STILL HUNGRY LOL

I would say he looked at it differently than you are. He had a lot to lose, and found that subway offered him portions that made him feel full, with caloric values to meet his daily needs. He also didn't eat all kinds of other foods, skipped the cheese and exercised.
It must be personal preference because I really like subway sandwiches for the most part and find that they are a nice alternative to fast food.

i think he had weight loss surgery and subway paid him to lie
