What is the best way to flatten your stomach?!


Question: The best way is to lose weight. You can't target specific areas for weight loss. Just keep at it, and eventually you will start noticing changes. Doing ab excersises such as crunches does not really help in creating a flat stomach, or at least now how you might think. More muscle burns more calories, but if you have fat in the ab area for instance, you won't see it. If you want to really see your ab muscles, I've read that you need your body fat percentage to be in the single digits. Good luck with that.

Sit ups is a good way. But to gain a six pack you need to eat more in addition since you burn more calories. Protein is important.
