The website below tells you quantites. Much easier than guessing.

A Handful roungly

About a handful - but then that depends how big your hands are!

why not try adding some fruit to the cereal you have as a start to introducing yourself to some? you can have chopped banana, dried apricots, raisins, blueberries, etc. dried and fresh fruit both count towards your five-a-day.
you could also have a smoothie with your cereal, or some real fruit juice. that'd be two portions of fruit with one meal!

cereal, and nuts are also not that bad for you, though most cereals do contain a lot of added sugar, so you might want to try swapping to something like shredded wheat. the only ingredient in that is wheat, so it's very good for you.
nuts contain lots of protein, but some also contain a lot of fat, so if you eat a lot of them every day, then cutting down on those will help you lose weight.

soya icecream also contains a lot of sugar, which will be helping you gain weight! if you keep it as a treat, then it will seem much more tasty when you have some :)

in all seriousness, vegans and vegetarians should eat more like 6-10 portions of fruit and veg a day. you should also be eating at least 2 portions of protein every day, which means introducing pulses to your diet as well. protein is found in most vegetables as well though, so you'll be getting some from them once you start eating them.

an easy recipe to get some protein and some veg into your diet is lentils, carrot, and onion. the carrots make the lentils taste quite sweet as well.

chop an onion and fry in a little oil for about 5 minutes. chop up a carrot, and add to the onion. cook both for a further minute or so.
take a portion of lentils (they will double in size once cooked) and add to the carrot and onion. add enough water to cook the lentils (usually twice the amount of lentils).
cook until reached desired softness.

i usually use le puy lentils for this recipe as they don't mush up like green or red lentils as much.

i know it's a bit warm at the moment, but soups and stews are also a good way of getting lots of veggies into you in one go. you can chuck in anything that you fancy to both of them! making them in big batches is also useful as you can freeze portions for yourself to have later.

there are some useful website below for you to look at nutrition and more recipes

As many as would fill the lid of an ordinary jam jar - and they're RAISINS ! ! !

I dont know exactly how many but I think it is supposed to be about 150 grams of raisins.
