Russell Stovers has tons of low calorie candy! The turtles are so delicious! You can normally find them in the candy aisle at your grocery or drug store. They are normally bite sized too, so you don't over-indulge.

With the low carb/calorie fad diets out there... you can find a ton of these types of candy around!

Charleston Chew- freeze them, then pound them on the counter to break them up. They are huge candy bars, and low in fat and sugar (compared to some others, anyway).

there are th 100 calorie snickers, and crunch bars, and hershey bars. ive seen then at safeway :) and they have 60 calorie chocolate pudding, and 60 calorie chocolate pudding with carmel. then theres always the 100 calories pack chocolate animal cracker cookies :)

I know that they don't have chocolate or caramel, but Twizzlers can satisfy that sweet tooth of yours. They are the healthiest of all unhealthy food. >.< Also, and the reason why I eat them, is that there is something about hem that makes me sick if I eat too much. Like too sweet or something. Instead of a candy bar, try the Balance Bar Gold Chocolate Caramel Bar. It has about 200 calories, lots of protein and vitamins. I eat one for breakfast everyday, and it feels like I'm eating a candy bar that is even more satiating since it has good quality protein. It also makes a good afternoon snack. It won't save you any calories as opposed to a candy bar, but its healthier and more satisfying.

I have a great alternative to candy bars. You should try Fiber One bars. They only have 140 calories, 3 1/2 - 4 grams of fat, and 9 grams of fiber!!! They are delicious. They come in chocolate and oats, caramel and oats, and peanut butter. I eat one before I work out and they give me lots of energy! They satisfy my sweet tooth too!! Give them a try!
