Help!! I'm at wits ends!!?!


Question: Ok my two problem areas on my body are my stomach area and my arms, everywhere else on my body is fine. I need help from you guys are there any special and effective excercises i can do to lose belly fat and arm fat efficiently?? No one ever talks about excerices you can do for arm fat and to tone them out. Also any other dieting tips would be very helpful, THANKS!

Light strength training for the arms like dumbbells or taibo. As for your stomach if there isn't much fat you can do crunches to tone your stomach.

I have the same problem and have noticed an improvement by doing crunches before my cardio, it makes me work my stomach more to make it through to the end of my workout! Report It

  • cardio and light strength training.

    You cannot take off fat from a specific area. The only thing you can do is try lose fat in general. Just do cardio and eat 6 small meals a day. Healthy food of course.

    Everyone says you can't spot reduce. Cardio does get rid of excess fat on tummy. I have same problem. I saw a workout offer a few weeks ago on face book. It was all about belly fat it looked good but I was onto Windsor pilates. I can't remember what the other one was called google "the only way to get rid of belly fat" actually no its called "truth about abs". Good luck but try cardio before you shell out loads of dosh.

    Well if you feel like your not being you, then take some quiet time. Like sit down in total silence during the day, and just look over your life, ya know? And then find out what is not working, or what is keeping you from not being yourself. And dont worry if you dont think of these things when your sitting down quietly, its ok for your thoughts to wander. But its a lot healthier for you and your body if you get quiet time, where you have nothing to worry about. do you know what i mean?
