Healthy Workout to Lose Weight On Tummy?!


Question: Im only a kid and would like to lose weight... especially on my tummy... how could I have a simple workout that I could do at home, using no fancy equipment? And before you ask.... YES i am eating (well trying) to eat more healthily. Thanks Everyone!

Olivia, The easiest way is to lye flat on your back and do leg raises. Raise you legs and feet up off of the floor a couple of inches. Spread your legs to each side and then back together. Don't let them touch the floor. Repeat the spreading and contracting motion. Keep this up until you feel the stress in your tummy. It really will work

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.
Every week add to the number of repetitions.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

there're some really fun dance DVD's out there that you can do a few times a week. they'll help you shed the few extra lbs and flatten your tummy.

just remember that you are growing.
so dont worry about it you will loose it.

situps are for you stomach so do some of those before you go to sleep like 30 for starters i do about 75 a night and 50 a morning
