I used Xenical to loose weight but i ended up stopping them. They work by inhibiting the enzyme that breaks down the fat contained in food you eat. As the fat molecules are then too large to be digested they pass through the intestines and out of your bottom. However, they do not work on all the fat you consume and so a healthy diet should still be followed.
I stopped taking them after a while as the undigested oil stinks when you poop it, i also am a tad bit flatulent and had a few embarrasing moments (do not fart after anything with a high fat content lol). I genrally didn't like them as when i took them i was constantly leaking oil fro my bum and i felt a bit unclean. They do work though and i lost weight whilst taking them. They also gave me dry skin.
I would say to try them and see how you get on with them and how they make you feel, just as i mentioned earlier on, dont fart lol.
Yes, I did`nt find them at all helpful. Stackers, Black Ice and Ephedra Xenidrine are far better in my opinion. The first answerer to your question has pointed out some possible negatives to taking Xenical. What works for on person won`t always with another. Good luck, whatever you decide to do.
