What is a good exersize routine for someone has a busy life style?!

Question: Steps ups are good and you can get those real fancy step up benches to use, or simply buy a one step stool at Wal Mart, K Marts target. It works just as good and you can slide it under you desk too as well as use it to reach things.

Seated stomach crunches instead of laying on the floor with your legs on the chair just sit in chair and crunch.

Push ups. Several ways up hands on desk or edge of desk and back away from the desk to give you a good ankle then do your pushups. After you get in shap you cand do standard on floor

Stationary double time. (Jogging in place is almost as good as jogging for your heart note anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for minimum of 20 minutes.

Might also thing about one of those recumbert bikes so you can exercise while watching T. V.

Another good piece of equiment is the health rider. Basically all it is, is a fance rowing machine but it works pretty good. About 20 minutes a day on it works good.

Another good way is with a elipical walker, get them in all price ranges from inexpensive to super high dollar.

Treadmill if you have the room works good too but I hate those things, would rather run 30 miles in pouring rain carrying a M-60 and a full pack than spedn 30 miles on tread mill.

Tread mills are my idea of cruel and unusual punishment.

IJust hit me when in Wally World tonight they had a big display of mini steppers and not bad prices. Something else you can keep under your desk and use at work.

Simple stretches and squats..............on the bus,on the stairs,on the elevator..........

Well, any exercise is better than no exercise, but if you're terribly busy, then try to do things that you can fit into your schedule, walk or bike to work if it's a possibility, take the stairs rather than the elevator, walk or jog during your lunch if you can get away for a bit. If you have some more time, then doing some aerobic exercise (jogging, cycling, swimming, aerobics, etc.) 3-4 times a week is great, but not everyone can clear enough time for that...
