Is it good for me to run everyday when I want to gain muscle?!


Question: I've been pondering on this question about if I should run everyday. I saw a plan where I should lift one day and then on the other day run and do ab exercises. This sounds like a great plan but I feel like I'm going to gain weight if I don't run.

If you want to gain muscle, then run a little bit, but not too much because if you run too much, you will burn FAT and MUSCLE...in general. I would take protein shakes such as cytosport muscle milk because it helps gain weight, muscle and at the same time, burn fat.

Also, make sure you dont work on your pec muscle too much cuz after a hard work out, your chest muscles need 48 hours to recover, but for abs, you can do them everyday.

well running is good for endurance im gonna start doing it everyday. but doing a certant exersice instead of running is good to

running thins you
