What should i eat if im trying to lose tummy fat???!

What you need to DO to lose tummy fat is cardio. You can eat as much of anything that yuo want as long as you burn more calories and than you're eating. Do 30 minutes a day of brisk walking OR 15 minutes a day of a light jog. If you do that and lay off the saturated fats and white foods (white bread, rice, white potatoes, and pasta) than that tummy fat should melt away.

Whole grains and fiber-filled foods.
If you don't like too much cardio, a daily walk of at least 30 minutes to one hour will do. And this can be broken up during the day.

It's not so much about what you eat because I've seen ladies eat perfect diets and still have the tummy fat. You need to workout, and focus on cardio work, stuff that gets your heart rate up for at least 20 min a day. That's what burns fat, but sadly, the tummy and midsection is one of the last places (and hardest for many) people lose fat in their bodies, so I'd start working out if I were you. Eating healthy helps, but you need to burn off the fat that's already accumulated.
