You can lose 10 lbs in a healthy manner in about 5 wks...maybe less if you are diligent but be VERY careful because the faster you lose it, the higher chance it'll return.

Eat healthy, cut your calories a bit (no lower than 1200/day and around 1300 - 1500 should be fine) and exercise at least 1 hr a day, at least 5 days a week.

If you only want a temporary solution, you can take a cleansing product that contains plenty of fiber and a water pill. You might want to stay near a bathroom though. And keep in mind this is only temporary. It is not healthy either.

Cardio is your best bet. Try a slow long run or swimming a few reps. That with a low fat diet will help you lose ten lbs within a few weeks. You shouldn't lose too much too fast, its not good for your body.

Make a lifestyle change. Get to the gym. Start writing down everything you eat. You'll be amazed once you get started how big a difference this all makes.
Don't go on an overhaul all at once though because you'll just lose motivation and make it worse in the long run. Begin slowly and build momentum. This may not be the answer your looking for because it's long term, but think about it this way... You need to lose 10 lbs right now and fast... say you do that, but don't do it correctly... then in 6 months you want to lose weight again... but this time you have an extra 10 lbs to lose because you gained extra weight from the last failed diet... just a thought.

My mom drank a ton of Water and ate that cereal GoLean crunch in place of her usual bagel in the morning. She avoided any diet pills, but swore by the water. I tasted the Crystal Light drink mix she drank, it is pretty good, have that in place of any sodas. Make sure you get plenty of fiber

Eat lean meats like chicken, fish, lean beef. Eat lots of veggies which are very low in calories and also fruit. Drink lots of water and try to get in some exercising every day.

While I don't agree with the method- there are ways to drop ten pounds quickly. It should not be anything you follow long-term and I would recommend using this as a jumping off point for a much more healthy weight loss/management approach.

Start by drinking lots of water. Get a 1 liter bottle and drink up at least 3 per day (3 liters). However, make sure you get proper nutrition through fruits and veggies and LEAN proteins. Cut down your portions. Drinking large amounts of water "liquidifies" your fat. It's very important to push water through.


By the way, not sure why you need to lose it fast but that's generally not a good idea; health wise. And it will come back fast.
