How can i lose 7lbs quickly without the exercise?!


Question: im 5'4 and im 127 i wanna be 120 or less, and i reallly dont have time to do any kind of physical activities, so does anyone know how i can lose it just by my diet? like how should i eat in order to lose this weight? would eating a really small lunch help at all? small dinner?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

you should gain weight

eat 500 calories below matainance. a smaller meal could do it. you need to count calories if your not already.

The problem most people face is cravings... which is caused by a poor diet... junk food and pop and diet pop and stuff like that... it leads to cravings since you are not gettting the nutrition you need.

eat natural foods... things without a bunch of chemicals or processing. Lots of fruit and veggies and so on.

5 small meals a day. A little bit of exercise is better than none. Even push ups and sit ups in the morning is something.
