I would recommend about 40 minutes a day and yes treadmills get you exercise and help to lose weight. Keep in mind you need to also diet to lose weight, eat complex carbs and good fats. Good luck and happy weight losing!

yes but your probably to fat for it to matter anyway, dont bother.

You can lose weight by going on a treadmill for a minute, although not in any significant way. You need to give more information about your weight, body type, excercise history, diet and target weight if you want a real answer.

if you dont want big thighs just do walking speed on treadmills and do it long and regular. I heard spinning , or cycling classes are really good and burns alot. try it

30-60 minutes a day 5-6 days a week.

It is certainly possible but you should try to incorporate that with some light weight training and get your whole body working.

On a treadmill the best way to burn fat is to do intervals. This means you should walk for a minute then sprint for a minute. Keep alternating till your knackered you will burn more calories in this fashion than jogging at a steady pace.

Good luck

Yes! Start gradually, and work up to at least 22 minutes, or as long as you want! You want to get warm; even work up a sweat! Be sure to stretch before and after. Good luck! :)

Yes 20 minutes a day, start off as a walk then run some of it

Uh ya.

Just because you had a C-section doesn't mean you can't exercise ever again.

My cousin had a c-section and was back at the gym 6 weeks after having the baby.

YES lol get it started and see how it goes...im sorry but there is no way some1 can give u a precise answer with what you asked....get off your a$$ and start running(i like biking better(better on your knees))....

Yes as long as you use it for walking or running. About 30 minutes a day.
If you just use it to hang your discarded clothes on, you will only lose the weight of the clothes.

It takes me at least 30 minutes to start sweating. Work out longer than that. Increase your speed.
