Question: i hate my butt and thighs. they are SQUISHY, JIGGLY, and i hate wearing a bathing suit bc they move>>>EW!

Squats!
Do 100 squats a day, and it will start tightening up alot.
And squeeze your butt muscles every time you can.
you need muscle girl!! get your *** into a gym and start lfting weights! squats, lunges, kickbacks, dead lifts, hamstring curls and quad extensions will help build muscle in your legs. but don't forget about the rest of your body. add cardio to your routine 4 days a week, and up your protein and reduce carbs
