you will lose a lot quickly- probably about 4-5 pounds in the first week. after that, you will (AND SHOULD) plateau. the faster you lose the weight, unfortunately, the quicker it comes back. also, make sure you are eating AT LEAST 1200 calories a day. less than that can be damaging to your body. i don't think you are even close. try filling in with snacks throughout the day (fresh veggies, fruit, high fiber foods). if you wait too long between meals, your metabolism may slow so when you do eat, those calories are harder to burn. drinking 64 ounces of water will also help. overall, 25 pounds should take you about 3 months if you want to do it right and keep it off. good luck!

It won't take that long at all as long as you're exercising.
Three weeks. Maybe a month.
Depending on your current weight.

to the person above me, WRONGGGGGGGGGG.

25 pounds is alot.
i would give yourself 3-4 months.
itll take about a pound a week.
and even if you loose 5 one week, the next you meet gain. its always changing. keep with your diet, exercise alot, and the pounds will fall off, honeslty.

Forever I would say if you really want a slender shape.

For a start, I think you should quit meat from your diet for at least 6 to 12 months ( I think you have had enough of that for the past years, shouldn't be a problem if you just quit for a short time). To me, well I think meat is a big NO-NO for a starter.

And after losing some unwanted load, proper diet and exercise regime must last forever. It is not a matter of time, it is a matter of persistence, my dear.

BTW how you manage to do 100 situps and 20 pushups? You must be in a hell of very good shape to do all these, are you sure you need to lose weight?
