How can i lose stomach fat?!


Question: I am a 15 year old teenage kid about to be 16. I am Not fat at all but i am not skinny. I have a decent upper body and started working out my upper body a month ago. I feel fine wearing a t- shirt cause my belly doesnt stick out and i have a nice upper body, but i have a lot of un needed fat around my waist. It is mainly the "Love Handles". F that i dont want them. What is the best way to get rid of them? I will run for 30 minutes a day if that is what i have to do. Running is not the problem. I need to know how to run and when to run. Should i run every day or every other day. Should i sprint for 30 seconds and walk a minute and a half, or should i run 20-30 minutes straight. Let me know whats up!
