Are you a member of a gym? or Could you join one?
If you can join one, there are heaps of machines that you can use. If not, then I have written 2 Chest & Tricep exercises and 1 Back & Biceps exercises. You don't need to do heaps of reps as this can lead you to over-exert youself and can result in injuries. If you find something to easy, find ways to make them harder...

PUSH-UPS:- Chest & Triceps
Do 3 sets of 12 - 20 reps either on your knees or toes.
If you can do this amount easy enough... then add some variety, purchase 2 medicine balls and put your hands on this... now do the 3 sets. (This also works your abs as you use your core to balance yourself)

DIPS:- Chest & Triceps
use a chair or bench. Sit with your hands either side of you. Do 3 sets of 12 - 15 reps. (Don't sit back on the chair in between reps.)
If it hurts your wrists, play around with your hand position until you find one that is comfortable.

SEATED ROW:- Back & Biceps
Usine your elastic band, put it around a pole and sit facing the pole with your legs straight (The soles of your feet will be touching the pole) - You can also stand up if you can't sit down.
* Keep you back straight, hold the band in either two hands (easier) or one hand (harder). Make sure that it is tight enough, to challenge yourself.
* Keep you elbows in, shoulders back and down.
* Pull the band towards your chest.
* Do 3 sets of 12 - 15 reps.

You could also do the different variety of curls. These are the ones that you step on the band.

Just remember:-
Back & Biceps - All PULL exercises
Chest & Triceps - All PUSH exercises

forget those sissy rubber bands, if you want arms, hit the weights!

elastic? haha, how bout going to the gym a couple of days a week. That way youll see some improvements.

The first thing i would suggest would be to join a local gym and use the free weights. When you first get in there it may be a little daunting, so I would purchase a men's fitness magazine to learn more about what exercises to do, and the proper techniques for said exercises (most magazines even have diagrams).

If you don't want to join a gym do push-ups (start with app. 100 a day, then work your way up). Just do twenty whenever you get a free minute during your day. Believe me, they add up and push ups are a great way to sculpt your shoulders, chest, tri's and bi's.

Using bands for resistance and building up strength is a great way to exercise.

There are some freebie exercises that would suit your perfectly because they use therabands.
