How can I make myself more flexible?!
Question: Alright so I'm a dancer, but not at all flexible. I can't even touch my toes. Almost everyone at my studio is flexible. Like people pretty much have to be able to lift their leg up above their head. How can I be like that? Help Please?

stretch everyday for even as little as 5 minutes a day but dont get impatient and stretch past your limit. stretch only up until the point u feel pain. If u force yourself you might rip a muscle. Be patient because this will take time.
JNEZ's answer is a good one ! You might also try taking Yoga or Pilates classes...(or if you can't afford classes or work them into your schedule, you can buy DVDs and work out at home)
stretch more everyday. try doing some of the things that the people at the studio do and do it over and over. try that
