The number one supplement that you need is whey protein (i prefer gold standard brand), protein is the building blocks for muscle and it is very important that you have it in your system if you want to build muscle.

The next that you should take is a Nitric Oxide (NO) supplement, such as NO Xplode or SuperPump 250 (which i prefer). These act as a "souped up" energy drink, giving your body extreme energy that will help you with your lifts immensely, allowing you to do more reps with more weight, which leads to more muscle

finally, i would start taking a multi-vitamin, i prefer gnc's mega man sport, it has a sports blend which will help with energy for lifting, and a bunch of other vitamins which will help to stimulate protein synthesis, the process that builds muscle

you could be taking creatine, but in my history i have found that it is a little less effective than the above

anyway, hope i helped and
good luck!

Creatine isn't going to hurt your body but it is just water wait so just use the protien.

If you really want to get ripped with simple exercise take Herbalife Bulk and Muscle

Pay your dues in the weight room.

At your age, your natural growth hormones are more than enough to get the job done. You don't need synthetic help. Over the counter supplements are more hype than science. You get more than enough protein in your normal diet to support muscle growth
