When you fast do you have bad breath?!

Question: How do you stop this from happening?

Answers: How do you stop this from happening?

This is really common.
What works well is to drink water at regular intervals. Keep your mouth moist. We need saliva to help keep bacteria from going wild in our mouths and water helps both stimulate saliva production and helps to wash away bacteria.
Brush your teeth/floss/brush tongue three or four times a day( do all three and use a toothbrush or buy a tongue brush to brush your tongue. Your tongue is a huge source of bad breath.) Don't brush too hard.
I was told it was because my stomach acid was kicking around with nothing to do and was creating the odor as well as more gas. The water and oral hygiene practices worked really well.
Hope this helps you.

Update: I would brush at work as well but if you can't then breath mints such as the tab kind that dissolve on the tongue work well and you won't be breaking your fast.

brush your teeth more often and use mouthwash. It happens because there is more acid in your chest and you are not absorbing it with food

From what ur saying, you are probably spilling keytones. I'm not sure if your trying to lose weight this way, but if you are; it should only be under a doctors supervision. It can be very dangerous!!!
But yes, ur breath will be stronger than normal. The only advice i have is breath mints or gum, and brush more.
