Can i dance my weight off??!


Question: I have asmtha. so i have trouble running and aerobics taebo.. i have a LOT of difficulty doing those fast pace exercises.
so i cut down to what i CAN do.. which is walking cycling(amazingly i can do it without weezing)
and dancing.
do you guys think i can lose about 30 lbs by june if i keep up a good nutritious eating habit with those three as daily exercise? ill switch em up everyday. and when i dance i try to dance slow and stay low moving in every direction. sooo.. what do u guys think? would it work??

I think you could! Start slowly and try not to push yourself too hard. It might benefit you to get a heart rate monitor. This will help you to stay in range as you don't need to get your heart racing, just pumping and if you do half an hour a day you will be in a good healthy range. Exercise done correctly can actually help with asthma. (my mother has asthma - daily walking has helped her increase her lung capacity) at first you will find that you will lose weight steadily then you might hit a plateau. if you push through this you will then lose weight again.

Sure. It will take some work and dedication but if you stick to it I belive you could. Its 7.5 pounds a month to loose. Drink plenty of water and don't push yourself too hard just take it slow and eat right. Good Luck!
